General conditions and indications for the attendees of the JulepJazz workshops and classes.
General Terms
The general terms and conditions for the attendees of JulepJazz workshops and classes are the essential and binding part of the contract-registration between the organizer and the individual who registers to the respective workshop.
Payment Terms
By registering to the respective event or workshop, each individual is expected to pay the adequate fee within the deadline. In case the registration fee has not been paid before the event or workshop, the attendee must pay the fee at the time of the event or workshop before the start of the event or workshop according to the price list valid on that day. The attendee is responsible for all bank transfer costs.
Changes
The organizers have all the rights to change the time, location and price of the workshops.
Workshops
In our partner dance workshops, we will change partners on a regular basis – as this improves your dancing experience on the base of the workshop content teaching to lead and/or follow various dance partners. Attendees can however opt out on spot and keep their partner during classes (not recommended, seriously).
Trough the registration process the organizers will try to assure a balance between Leaders and Followers in the Workshop. However they can not guarantee a balance as attendees might spontaneously not participate.
Cancellation by attendee
If a registration is cancelled more than two weeks before the workshop/start of a class series, the paid fee might be fully refunded. Cancellations closer than 2 weeks before the event might only get parts of the paid fee refunded. It’s to the discretion of the organizers.
Injuries and Thefts
The organizers will not be held responsible for any physical injuries or thefts that might occur in the time of any workshop.
Code of Conduct
By signing this document the attendee is bound to behave in accordance with the general rules of conduct and with the existing Austrian laws – all while respecting the house rules.

We take the privacy of our attendees seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalized and valuable service. This Privacy Policy statement explains the data processing practices of any workshop. If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any queries with regard to these practices please contact us by e-mail.
