Class description
Jumps and Turns focuses on the foundations of proper body alignment, technique, and flexibility to learn how to best execute jumps and turns. This class includes a technical warmup to find your center, and Pilates floor work for strength and injury prevention. We will break down and work through the fundamentals of classic jumps and turns vocabulary, and apply them to choreography to test technique and strength.

Open level class.
